Shirt is great, and I don't know why anyone would say customer service is bad. I've only had great experiences with Stefon. He has always handled my issues in a timely and respectful manner.
Again shirt is great. The size chart is accurate, the shirts are Slim fit so I always buy a size up. Im 6'1 195lb I wear xl in shirts

Very comfortable jacket. Fits nicely. Goes perfect with the shorts. Not too hot to wear during the summer. You can dress it up or down.
