Excellent Customer Service
I received my suit and the coat had two small black marks in the shoulder of the jacket. I contacted customer service with pictures of the two black marks and they immediately shipped me another coat, without requiring me to return the original coat. Customer service is excellent! I plan to do business with them in the future. Although I have not worn the suit yet to determine the fit of the suit, their customer service is worth my business. Good customer service is not seen that often anymore. I have purchased their suits before (Men’s Warehouse), and have been pleased with the fit and material of the suits.
